Julie Shin, our current intern from the UCLA graduate school of Urban Planning is working toward her Masters degree specializing in real estate development and green building. Prior to beginning her studies at UCLA, Julie worked for Jamison Services, Inc. in Los Angeles as the Assistant to Director of Development where she helped create proforma documents on financial information of resident properties.  Prior to that, she worked as an environmental planning intern for PCR Services in Irvine.

Julie will earn her Masters in Urban Planning from UCLA in Spring 2010.
