Kendra Chan joined Stanley R. Hoffman Associates in 2011.   She received her Master of Arts in Urban Planning at the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs specializing in community economic development.  She received her Bachelor of Arts in Solciology at UC Davis.

Kendra's prior professional experience was at Encore Tax Consulting Group in Pasadena, CA.  She was a graduate student researcher with Dr. Donald Shoup at the UCLA Department of Urban Planning.
