Bravish Rau Mallavarapu has been involved in many facets of professional work at Stanley R. Hoffman Associates since 2003. His work has specialized in developing economic development strategies as covered under general plan updates, specific plans, downtown studies, and special economic studies. Besides being involved in strategic economic development, he has also worked on several retail market demand studies, fiscal impact studies, plan for services and annexation analyses. He has developed methodological approaches to regional economic analyses with quantitative methods and data structure design and management. He also directs and manages project staff.
Some representative projects that Mr. Mallavarapu has worked on include estimating the supply and demand conditions for transit oriented development along the rail corridors within Western Riverside County; strategic economic development plans for the cities of Pasadena, Murrieta, Adelanto and Monterey Park; retail market demand analyses for cities within Riverside and San Bernardino Counties; public financing studies in San Bernardino County.
