Bravish Rau Mallavarapu
Project Manager
Bravish has been involved in many facets of professional work at Stanley R. Hoffman Associates since 2003. His work involves many disciplines including economic and fiscal analysis of general and specific plans, market demand and retail impact studies, and plans for services and annexations. He provides analysis for demographic, economic and land use change at the metropolitan and regional levels utilizing quantitative and spatial techniques and forming data structures for the financial models used in our studies.
Bravish is currently pursuing his doctoral research at the UCLA Department of Urban Planning with an emphasis on regional innovation and competency development. For his Masters in Urban Planning, he specialized in regional and international development. He received his Bachelors in Architecture from India’s prestigious School of Planning and Architecture in 1999. Prior to earning his Masters, he practiced as a professional Architect
